Burst or actively leaking pipe
Shut the water off at the main, then call. We find the leak, stop it, and repair or replace the damaged section.
Water heater leaking or no hot water
A leaking tank or a unit that will not heat. We repair what can be repaired and give you a straight quote when it is time to replace.
Drain overflowing with no relief

Burst pipe or active leak
Shut off the main water valve. In most East Valley homes it is near the front hose bib or in the garage. If you cannot find it, the city shutoff is in the meter box at the curb.

Stop running water anywhere in the house. Every flush, shower, or load of laundry adds to the backup. Keep kids and pets away from the water.
Water heater leaking
Close the cold water valve at the top of the heater. On a gas unit, turn the gas control to Off. On an electric unit, switch off its breaker.
